Forms of Perception

Shapes, lines, and structures are all around us. We often perceive them without giving them much attention. By deliberately isolating individual details, textures and geometry move into focus. The photographs detach their subjects from their purely functional context, revealing the underlying order within them. Everyday subjects are reduced to their essential shapes and structures. Repetition, lines, and surfaces emerge and develop an aesthetic of their own.

The photographs invite you to look at the familiar from a different perspective and discover the beauty of form, order, and structure in the ordinary.
